Ways to Pay

Credit Card Payments

Payment is accepted by New Zealand issued Visa and MasterCard. 3% bank commission may be added to credit card payments made after 7 days from date of invoice.

Internet Banking

Payment can be made via internet banking. The bank account number to pay to is on the bottom of your invoice. Please include either your account number (prefaced by “AC” or invoice number (prefaced by “INV”) as the reference.

Cheques

Cheques are accepted, however if you do not have an account there maybe a delay in shipping your order while we wait for funds to clear. If sending your cheque by standard post to pay your account please allow 3 days for it to reach us.

Monthly Account

For regular customers, Large Corporates or Government Entities monthly accounts can be set up with payment due by 20th month following date of invoice. Statements are usually emailed on or about the first Monday of the month.

Pricing

GST

Pricing on this website is exclusive of GST. Voice Power NZ Ltd is mainly a business to business supplier and with clients registered for GST. Tax invoices will show the GST amount added at the end of the invoice.

Product Warranties

Voice Power NZ Ltd are authorised resellers for all products they sell. As such we provide the full manufacturers warranty. All warranties are return to base. The Voice Power technical team will assess all items returned for warranty and then depending on the manufacturers warranty process either repair, replace or return to manufacturer for futher assessment. If you have a product that is in warranty and appears to be faulty, please contact our Technical Support team before sending in your device. Many issues can be resolved without having to send your unit back. If your machine needs to be returned for warranty, please address to: Voice Power NZ Ltd 39 Mana Avenue Titahi Bay Porirua Wellington 5022 Please be sure to include your details in with the item you are sending back, along with a description of the faulty and a copy of your VoicePower NZ Ltd invoice. Each manufactuer has different warranty terms. Please refer to the warranty details packaged with your goods. A guide to our main manufactures warranties are as follows;

  • Olympus : 12 month warranty (repair or replace at the discretion of Olympus).
  • Plantronics: 1 Year Replacement Warranty on all machines. Excludes accessories and comsumables (standard 12 month warranty)
  • Jabra: 1 Year Replacement Warranty on all machines. Excludes accessories and comsumables (standard 12 month warranty)
  • Sennheiser: 1 Year Replacement Warranty on all machines. Excludes accessories and comsumables (standard 12 month warranty)
  • Nuance Hardware: 1 Year Replacement Warranty on all machines. Excludes accessories and comsumables (standard 12 month warranty)

Returns

Returns and Exchange:

These conditions are in addition to our responsibilities under New Zealand law.

Return and/or Refund:

Voice Power NZ Ltd will accept returns of items that are un-used, un-opened and in original and resaleable condition within 7 days of purchase. If over 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Any returns that do meet these conditions will be accepted and a refund of the purchase price for the item less 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to the customer by an agreed method.
  • Freight and Handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Any items returned in a used, damaged or otherwise unacceptable condition will be returned to the sender at their own cost.
  • The Olympus Dictation Delivery Service annual license for the Olympus Smartphone app cannot be credited once ordered, however you can transfer it to some one else in your company. There is a 30 day trial available if you are unsure.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: address above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of

return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange of Items:

Voice Power NZ Ltd will accept items for exchange that are un-used, un-opened and in original and resaleable condition within 7 days of purchase.

  • Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Once items are received in acceptable condition they can be exchanged for alternative items to the same value or if different value then an adjustment of the amount can be agreed upon to make up the variation (either in form of an additional payment or partial refund).
  • Additional freight charges will apply to the sending of the exchange goods.
  • Any items returned in a used, damaged or otherwise unacceptable condition will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
