SIMPLE & COLLABORATIVE SPEECH-TO-TEXT WORKFLOW

Quickly and easily share dictation files via email, a shared folder or FTP. Automatic (e.g. author ID) & manual tagging

(e.g. priority level, work type) of dictations makes the transcription workflow fast and secure.

CLASSIC TRANSCRIPTION

After completing your dictation, send it directly to a transcriptionist. Once transcribed, it is returned to you as a text file.

AUTOMATIC TRANSCRIPTION

In combination with ODMS and Dragon speech recognition software, manual transcription is no longer required. The
Dragon software automatically transcribes the dictation.

 ADVANCED VOICE TRANSCRIPTION

When you send your file to a transcriptionist who is using ODMS in conjunction with Dragon software, the dictation gets automatically transcribed. Typist just needs to proofread and send back. All corrections train the user´s speech recognition profile.

KEEP TRACK OF YOUR DICTATIONS

Keep an eye on your workflow with status updates. Combined with the DS-9500, you can monitor the progress of every dictation at any time even on the mobile voice recorder. This frees your mind for other things.

• Easy file sharing between Author and Transcriptionist via E-mail, LAN or FTP
• With DS-9500 transfer dictations via Wi-Fi (requires PC with Wireless Downloader running)
• Author can download files via Docking Cradle or USB Cable to a local folder
• Author can transcribe files themselves using Speech Recognition with Dragon or send directly to a Typist to transcribe.
• Author can prioritise important files and specify Worktype(s) which can be linked to automatically open associated template(s) in the TM module
• Secure Workflow; dictations protected with 256-bit AES file encryption

• Administrator can centrally manage ODMS DM/TM, Devices and SCP
• Volume licenses for ODMS R7 DT/TM are managed and monitored
• Configure user’s hardware and software centrally from a Web Browser
• Silent installation for Client software
• Deploy settings to specific users or groups; lock or disable functions to ensure workflow consistency
• For Wi-Fi, Wireless Communication Service is required either installed to a Server or PC that is consistently active
• WCS (via Wi-Fi) and SCP Client (via USB) are needed for Device settings and Firmware updates from SCP
• Use SCP Client as a File Downloader to download via USB for non-ODMS users
